So many years have passed by since we stepped out from our beloved Primary School “SITANATH SISHU SIKSHA MANDIR” before even realizing it properly. We have grown up, having our own family, career or destiny. All these years, we tried our best to prove ourselves in various fields including professional and personal grounds. We explored and still exploring many directions in search of fulfillment of our dreams, our desire. As if we are thirsty in an ocean. We will always be as this thirst is basic human nature that helps us to move forward. But in each step probably we realized the necessity of having bonding without a reason, friendship without a purpose, trust without any proof just like a child’s play. That child who still sings in your heart sometimes but now mostly resides in your subconscious mind as you are a big (wo) man today!
Insearch of that child’s play, we, few Ex-Students of our Sitanath Sishu Siksha Mandir have stepped out of our daily lives. One thing is common among us, we wanted to do something without reason-may be to play like a child or fight like a child? Make new mistakes everyday then start from a new beginning without any hesitation!
Now, that we are together, we not only found our own sweetest moments and memories, but we found many more. Thus all worries of daily lives get burnt in those crazy plans and dreams of the child who resides in all of us.
It’s your chance to see yourself in the mirror of your childhood that you locked many years back and lost the key.
Friend, if you feel that you are actually reading your own story and for few seconds you were lost in the play grounds, in the small benches, in those white and nevi-blue dresses, in that small room, inside Atalkaku’s school-van, near that tube-well, sharing tiffin with your friends, listening to Radhamashi’s endless stories, then you are not too late. You have your childhood in your hands as it was. Join us, unlock your childhood that you almost forgot and share with other children of this big family! We are with you to find all your old friends and memories. All you need to do is just stretch out your hand and we are here for you, just the way we were so many years ago (in a prayer line along the corridor may be?). Friend, we are none other than your own childhood playmates (juniors or seniors) just asking you to play the same music that once we started playing together. So what are you waiting for? Come out with your own ideas and share it with us. We are eagerly waiting for your knock on our door. Let the fun begin!
Also, let our souls sing together with this tune ..
Hum, rahen ya na rahen kal
Kal yaad aayenge ke ye pal
Pal, ye hain pyar ke pal
Chal, aa mere sang chal
Chal, soche kya
Chhoti si, hai zindagi
Kal, mil jaaye to hogi khush-naseebi
Hum rahen ya na rahen yaad aayenge ye pal…
